Our most popular blend with cafés and restaurants. A sweet coffee with flavours of hazelnut and caramel, medium bodied with a smooth finish.

A blend of estate grown Brazil, Colombian, PNG and Indian Coffees. This blend is based on the one I put together for my café when I started roasting in 1999. It’s an Italian style coffee emulating the coffee which first made such an impression on me back in the early nineties.
