The Colombia El Aguila, aptly named 'The Eagle,' is a meticulously blended coffee sourced from regions like Cauca, Cundinamarca, Huila, and Narino. Grown at altitudes ranging from 1200 to 1600 metres, the harvest period for this particular coffee spans from March to June and from September to December. Handpicked by farmers paid above market rates, it undergoes a fully washed process, ensuring a quality cup.
