More about this coffee and its origins
Established and operated by Indonesian Cup of Excellence winner Asman Arianto, the Asman Gayo Mill serves many small coffee producers in Pantan Musara village in Central Aceh.
Bursting with boozy berry and tropical fruit notes, this coffee showcases skillful management of the Natural processing method in a challenging, humid climate using local Indonesian coffee varieties.
While most coffee mills in Sumatra use the wet-hulled or Giling Basah process, the Asman Gayo Mill specialises in natural, washed and honey processing methods.
Through the vision and attention to detail of Asman Arianto and his team, more and more microlots from the region are finding their way onto the international stage and we’re glad we can share this one with you!
